Tires Service with a smile. However, when I asked if they had my tires in stock, I was told yes. I wasn't told it was a different brand than the two Michel Service with a smile. However, when I asked if they had my tires in stock, I was told yes. I wasn't told it was a different brand than the two Michelin they were replacing! Also was told that full synthetic oil is not recommended for the Genesis. Then why was I not informed of that when this same dealership changed it before in the past, w/ 100% synthetic! Very friendly service, but I now question the reasons for the changes/ Michelin replaced w/ questionable brand..... 100 synthetic oil w/ a blend. Leaves doubts in my mind! More

Eh. They’re close to my house, so that’s something. Everything takes longer, typically costs more, and is never fixed that well, compared to the initial quote. The only upside is, typically, everything is covered by the warranty, until it’s not. The best part of my last service was the lady running point in the service department. But that day was her last day. So now I have nothing good to anticipate with my next visit, if I come back. If the team would just be honest about the time necessary to fix problems, even new ones that were not known before, it wouldn’t be that bad. Transparency and honesty are what’s really needed. Everyone typically sugar coats everything there. “Only ten more minutes” but it’s really another hour and a half. “You’re all set, everything should be working great now” and then it breaks down again two months later. I love my Hyundai’s, but I dread taking my vehicles into this dealership. The only plus is that they’re not the worst Hyundai dealer in the Cleveland area. More
