Horrible horrible wait 2nd time straight I’ve come in for simple simple maintenance. 1. Oil change was there for 2 1/2 hours had a 11 am appointment didn’t leave till 1:39 2nd time straight I’ve come in for simple simple maintenance. 1. Oil change was there for 2 1/2 hours had a 11 am appointment didn’t leave till 1:39 because they screwed up in someone’s car washing it with the moonroof down. And I’m there extra long why? 2. Went to have a tire inspected. Was there 1 1/2 hours before I had to go and ask what was going on since I had a 8 am appointment when they opened up it was 9:40 before I left. Unless I have major car issues I will not be coming back my time is important and apparently they can care less More

Entourage Door Repair Service Department has been extremely helpful. Door repair was completed sooner than expected and the repairs exceeded expectations. I thought that Service Department has been extremely helpful. Door repair was completed sooner than expected and the repairs exceeded expectations. I thought that the sliding doors would only operate manually after the repairs. i was willing to accept that from an eleven year-old van. However, they all work electronically as well. I don't know the name of the service technician, but they did a great job! More

I had to physically go to the dealership not once but twice to actually get the help I needed and even was refused help by one employee. I regretting leasing here again and can’t wait to be done with this dealership after such poor customer service. More

Almost crashed on the highway! I came in to get my rear brakes fixed. The dealer told me upon removing the front brakes (which was not requested), a pin was frozen causing problems I came in to get my rear brakes fixed. The dealer told me upon removing the front brakes (which was not requested), a pin was frozen causing problems which would result in more services needed (money). This was their fault but they wanted to charge me more for their mistake. The next day I drove to work on the highway my rear passenger tire was wobbling out of control. People told me to pull over because my tire was going to fall off. I drove to NTB and they said whoever touched your car last forgotten to tighten the tires fully. I have the documentation to prove this. There were 2 lug nuts missing and I could've gotten into a life threatening accident. Stay away from Crestmont Hyundai in Brunswick. Your life is at stake! More
