Unorganized and miss advised I originally had an appointment on Saturday 11-9 at 11 am. I was advised when making the appointment that it would take about an hour to complete the service work that needed to be performed. This included a recall, replacement of the DS seat belt buckle, and an oil change. When I arrived I checked in with a woman in the service office. She was very rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately I do not recall her name. I then was able to talk with Emily, the individual with whom I originally scheduled the appointment. She was nice but then informed me that I would have to wait 2.5 to 3 hours for the work to be completed, which is much more than I wasn initially told. I indicated that I would not be able to wait as I had other obligations and plans that afternoon. I inquired about a loaner car but was told there was not one available. I was then told I would have to reschedule if I needed a loaner vehicle. This was distressing as I live about 40 minutes away from the dealership and would have made other arrangements if I was properly advised of how long the repairs would actually take. I was then rescheduled for 11-18 with a loaner car. They were fortunately able to complete the services this time. This may have been a series of unfortunate events but I feel they could have been avoided. In the future I will likely find a different dealer to perform any service repairs I may need. More

They wouldn't fix it the first 2 times because they said they couldn't duplicate the issue while at the shop. I told them the issue only happened intermittently. The 3rd time I had to be very firm with them and explain that it was a safety issue. They finally fixed it. I am lucky it didnt cause me to have an accident before they fixed it. I was very disappointed in their response the first 2 times. More
