Bad experience with warranty issue My battery died in my less than 2 year old Sonata. I called the dealership twice and both times was told if I could jump it, drive it in and they woul My battery died in my less than 2 year old Sonata. I called the dealership twice and both times was told if I could jump it, drive it in and they would check it. I called Hyundai roadside service they sent out someone who tested the car before jumping. Showed bad battery jumped the car and drove it to dealership. I was told one I got there that I should have had it towed and that they likely wouldn't find a problem. They tested the battery after it had time to charge while driving and claimed it tested good. They then claimed my cigarette lighter charger could be to blame, even though there is no power to the charger when the car is turned off. Used to go there for every service, but now second guessing my decisions. More

I appreciated the quick decision to take that approach. When the part came in, they got me in right away to complete the install. Told me it would take an hour and it took 50 minutes. I am currently leasing my third Hyundai vehicle from Crestmont. Each vehicle has been serviced at Crestmont with David Ladonde consistently providing excellent, pleasant customer service. I would not trust you people to work in my wheelbarrow You guys couldn't even complete a routine oil change properly. You put the wrong oil in my car and reported doing a multipoint safety inspection but didn't even check tire pressure. My car's oil cap says 0w-20 Oil which only comes in synthetic but you put in 5w2syntetic blend and then told me it doesn't matter but windshield sticker says 0w20 oil, repaired order said 5w20. If Hyundai wanted 5w20 oil it would say 5w20 on oil fill cap. I don't trust this dealership to service my car More
