When I asked him if the 2020 cars were out yet, he took me to the showroom and discussed them with me. I frequently bring my car in for a car wash and the Customer Service staff are always very polite. I consider the free car wash a bonus selling feature that most other dealerships don't offer. I tell all my friends about it and send them to Crestmont when they're car shopping. More
Good performance by Crestmont under difficult circumstances My 2011 Sonata was recalled for an engine knock problem. An engine knock sensor was installed but within 2 weeks my "service engine" was flashing and My 2011 Sonata was recalled for an engine knock problem. An engine knock sensor was installed but within 2 weeks my "service engine" was flashing and I had to have car towed to Crestmont. They ordered new sensors and returned car to me but same day the "service engine" light came on steady, not flashing. Took car back. Gave me a rental car. After 1 month it was supposedly fixed. Two weeks later the "service engine" light came on steady again. They had to order a whole new harness assembly from South Korea which took almost 3 months to arrive. I was given another rental car. Finally after 3 months the problem was solved and I got my car back. So far so good. Under the circumstances, the dealership was very nice and accommodating for a problem that was not their fault. My only complaint was that there could have been better communications from them. I had to call several times to find out what was going on and did not get very satisfactory answers. Overall, my experience with Crestmont has been very good over the years and I will continue to do business with them. More
Replace rotten subframe on 2005 tuscon I took my 2005 tuscon to ganley for recall My subframe was rotten and had a large orange suze hole in it by back right wheel Ganley just put rust I took my 2005 tuscon to ganley for recall My subframe was rotten and had a large orange suze hole in it by back right wheel Ganley just put rust proofing on it and did not go the extra step to replace the back subframe with the hole in it. Very unsafe to drive. Weak subframe I then took to crestmont hyndai who replaced the subframe I would highly recommend Dave in service and his manager and team Thank you for fixing my tuscon the correct way Never recommend ganley hyndai in Parma More

Lifesavers!! Emily saved me multiple trips and saved me a lot of money. I had to get 4 new tires due to nails on the highway. I had called around to see how much a set of tires and oil change was and it looked like I was going to be paying $700 for everything. By this point I was frustrated that I had to pay so much money. So the last place I thought about calling was the dealership. I honestly thought that dealerships were always more expensive. So when I called the service center I spoke with Emily and she was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. She went out of her way to help me get the best prices for everything. In the end Emily was able to save me over $200 dollars compared to everyone else I called. I can’t thank Emily enough for her great service and and the money that she saved me. More
