Bad experience with warranty issue My battery died in my less than 2 year old Sonata. I called the dealership twice and both times was told if I could jump it, drive it in and they woul My battery died in my less than 2 year old Sonata. I called the dealership twice and both times was told if I could jump it, drive it in and they would check it. I called Hyundai roadside service they sent out someone who tested the car before jumping. Showed bad battery jumped the car and drove it to dealership. I was told one I got there that I should have had it towed and that they likely wouldn't find a problem. They tested the battery after it had time to charge while driving and claimed it tested good. They then claimed my cigarette lighter charger could be to blame, even though there is no power to the charger when the car is turned off. Used to go there for every service, but now second guessing my decisions. More

I appreciated the quick decision to take that approach. When the part came in, they got me in right away to complete the install. Told me it would take an hour and it took 50 minutes. All is working fine now. More

I am currently leasing my third Hyundai vehicle from Crestmont. Each vehicle has been serviced at Crestmont with David Ladonde consistently providing excellent, pleasant customer service.
