When starting my car every light and warning was displayed on the dash. I had the car towed to Crestmont for service. For some reason the tow truck truck driver took the scenic route which caused Da displayed on the dash. I had the car towed to Crestmont for service. It was determined that an animal chewed wires under the hood causing thousands of dollars of damage under the hood of my Santa Fe. There were no precautions taken for Covid spread, guy at the desk had a noticeable cough and proceeded to get into the car. Car wash was useless, they only partially washed it and left spots all over the car. I would have rather they had done nothing. Normally we have good experiences with Crestmont, but I don’t think they are taking enough precautions given the current state. More
