Takes way too long to get an appointment for an oil change. I’ve had to book out 6 to 8 weeks in advance. I have these lights on my dashboard and because they weren’t on when I came there they wouldn’t change. I’ve had to book out 6 to 8 weeks in advance. My phone will also randomly not connect, which is a hazard when following directions in an unfamiliar area. I was told that it was probably just a software update. Not sure why they couldn’t have done the update. More

Could not fix the drain on battery of my new 2024 kona 1. 6turbo with several thousand miles when this issue began..Took the car in 4 times and it appears dealer performed the same parasitic electrical diagno 6turbo with several thousand miles when this issue began..Took the car in 4 times and it appears dealer performed the same parasitic electrical diagnostics and the service technicians insisted that the problem was not related to the battery since the codes indicated that the battery was recharging each time. Finally on the fourth visit I insisted they replace the battery...The dealer indicated even though all was under warranty, I would have to pay not only for the battery, but also for the labor to install...the total came to $313. None of this should be on the customer's back. I had no reliable vehicle and each time I brought the car back because of a dead battery (had to have it jumped).I felt like I was a nuisance to them. (No loaner was available and no manager attempted to help solve the issue.)Not a customer who has leased over 7 cars from this dealer over the years. The Service manager WAS MIA until I contacted corporate headquarters and asked for help...very poor effort from the dealer to satisfy a 20 year customer More
I had a great experience. I was visiting Akron, Ohio from Indianapolis in Genesis G90 2023. I got two flat tires and I seem to get a lot in that car.
