I was having a problem with my navigation system. Brendan flynn advised me that my software needed an update.i was told it was 5 or 6 hour update. I wasn't offered a loaner so I had to make an appt. for the next week. mr flynn says a loaner would be available for me then. the date of my appt, I was waited on by Jeff Russ. mr russ says there wasn't a loaner available. mr russ arranged for to be taken home, and when my car was ready I would be picked up.i wasn't home an hour when valet knocked on my door and says my car was ready. when I get to cresmont I was told the update wasn't needed because it had updated automatically in October.im trying to get some clarity of why I was told I needed update in the first place. mr flynn was now at the service desk along with mr russ, so I know he has a full scope of the whole situation.but instead of he and mr russ saying their were errors made they tried to give a snow job.mr Flynn never explained what happened to the car that was to be loaned. mr russ never explained why he didn't check my software before he said I needed and up date. mr russ tells me well basically you bought a $100,000 spaceship their will be problems, I hope he doesn't think that placate me.all either one of them had to say was mistakes were made. I still would have been perturbed, but that is better than the xx . More
