I'm sorry that the charge for reprogramming your key was more than you expected. Unfortunately, this is a standard rate in the industry. Losing a key is a hassle, and there's nothing worse than not being able to get into your car. Next time around, be sure to ask about our Key Replacement program when you purchase a vehicle.
