So I wasn't exactly sure how to begin this review but the long and the short is.. I purchased a 2023 Elantra from this dealer on 8/29 everything went as smooth as purchasing a car does, the next morning car long and the short is.. I purchased a 2023 Elantra from this dealer on 8/29 everything went as smooth as purchasing a car does, the next morning car has check engine light and engine issues with 60 miles on the odometer. Here we are 30 plus days later and said car has been in my possession for a total of 2 days. The car was repair and given back to me on 9/6 only to have the same issue in the same day it was returned. Now the car has sat at the dealer since 9/7 when I dropped it back off and nobody besides the maintenance dept have called me to update me the smallest bit, car has had multiple sensors replaced and now cams, they called to notify me the car was fixed on 9/27 and about 30 minutes later I got another call that they decided to keep the car longer lol. As well as a notification from the app that my car has a DTC code and needs a full diagnostic. I understand this could happen to any car make or manufacturer but I would suggest maybe taking your business to a dealer that offers a little more customer service, all they will tell me is that these repairs are of no cost to me ! Which in a sense is true but I am paying 25k for a brand new car that has now been taken apart and put back together multiple times and nobody from management has ever even so much as sent me an email. Thanks again ! More

My wife went and they told her she needed a registration which we misplaced. Had we known that we would have found or replaced it before making a trip. So far so good with the first appointment. I had a separate issue with my other car and I asked Brendan what was going on with the paint warranty claim. He told me when this was started since Crestmont didn't have a body shop that i could get three claims and they'd cover it from there. Fast forward 6 months and car still hasn't been painted and he told me that I'd have to take it to another Hyundai dealer that has a body shop. I was never told this and wasted 6 months of waiting. I will take all of my future service appointments and will not buy another car from this dealer More
