This experience/purchase went quite a bit better than our last visit in January, 2019, when we attempted to purchase a vehicle but ended up leaving and purchased a Hyundai Elantra at another location (not a Hyundai dealer). The salesman was not the problem (he was also a pleasure to work with); it was the "manager" that came out to negotiate the price. He was very dishonest. I did not think we would ever buy another Hyundai (or at least visit a Hyundai dealership again) because of that experience. I did not want to even stop in, buy my husband encouraged me to go in to take a look. Zack, ultimately, saved us as customers. :) I also have to say the financing went very smoothly - everything was ready when we arrived to pick up the car. All I had to do was write check for the down-payment and sign. More

However, the top accolades go to Terry. I'm calling xxxxxxxx on 4.9 stars, he should be 6. I informed what I desired on the phone. I show up and boom, the promise was delivered. No going back for approval, No hedging back on what I heard over the phone, Just simply pick the color and lets get the paper work started. I realize there is a host of efforts behind this, but my rating is being able to deliver. I did not want to hear this is model is close, you had a great deal, cost of inflation, or other aspect that seems like and excuse to lure me in. The bonus was after signing finding out the benefits on free maintenance, car wash, and 3 yr Blue link. That is what will keep us coming back, listening and delivering beyond expectations.
