It was determined that the noise was coming from the rear differential. A replacement differential is on order which I have been waiting on since December 8, 2023. Not happy. This will make the 4th time for the same issue. There is no communication to me about the ordered part unless I initiate it with a phone call. More

The initial buying process was easy and exciting but I ended up agreeing to purchase add on packages, including a tire warranty and LuxCare protection, despite declining several times at first. Less than ended up agreeing to purchase add on packages, including a tire warranty and LuxCare protection, despite declining several times at first. Less than 2 days after signing the agreement I incurred an unexpected change in finances and as a result (before any down payment was received) I requested to remove the warranties, which is within a buyer’s right so long as it occurs before the first payment. Crestmont also hadn’t shipped the vehicle yet, which is completely understandable since no down payment had been received at this time. I was told the deal was funded and there was nothing g the finance manager could do. I spent 7 years of my professional career working for a car dealership and knew something COULD be done, but the finance manager was unwilling to give up the commission she was going to make and wanted to avoid the work she would put in to draw up another contract. At that point I involved the general manager. I received a call from the finance manager, who made no effort to be a professional and hide her anger that I included her boss on an email requesting to remove the packages. First I was chastised for informing the general manager of the situation. Then I was guilted that she was just trying to help me and that she had stayed late the night I purchased my vehicle to make sure the sale was secured. Then I was asked to put down a larger down payment to cover the extra costs of the warranties while keeping my payment at a comfortable level. Finally I was questioned about the amount of money I said I had in my savings to cover any unexpected overage charges when registering my vehicle and purchasing license plates. I was floored by this behavior. The finance manager begrudgingly agreed to take off the tire warranty but said the LuxCare protection had already been applied to my vehicle, so I would need to pay for that. I found this suspicious given the fact I hadn’t sent my down payment yet and technically the car wasn’t officially sold. I asked for a dated receipt to verify when the service had been completed and was unsuccessful in obtaining one for several days. In an effort to expedite the second contract, I decided to just eat the cost of the LuxCare protection and signed another contract. Since I was unsuccessful in getting a receipt from finance and sales, I reached out to the service department. The service advisor I spoke with informed me that not only was LuxCare not applied to my car, they also didn’t offer that service for used vehicles. When I brought this to the sales and finance departments’ attention, the finance manager finally sent what appeared to be a hand typed, undated “receipt” written up in the dealertrack app. Again, I spent 7 years working for a car dealer who also used dealertrack, and I knew the “receipt” that was sent wasn’t legitimate, nor did it provide the date of service I had been requesting. At this point I pulled out both buyer contracts and saw that the finance manager had increased the price of the LuxCare package from $600 on the first contract to $800 on the second contract. Lying and scamming people out of their hard earned money is not how I conduct myself. I’m disappointed in Crestmont for feeling entitled to keep their profit margin higher at my expense and engaging in deceitful behavior to manipulate me into paying for a service that wasn’t done, nor would it be. I can’t, in good faith, recommend this dealership, and I can’t honestly sing their praises for having the buyer’s best interest at heart. More
Everything was straight forward and quick to my preference, they were a little pushy trying to sell me some warranty I didn't want, but overall a good experience. preference, they were a little pushy trying to sell me some warranty I didn't want, but overall a good experience. More

On 12/30/22 I purchases a 2020 Elantra that only had one key and key fob. Part of the agreement was that they provide me with a second key and fob. The salesman, Ethan, contacted me and needed me to send hi key and key fob. Part of the agreement was that they provide me with a second key and fob. The salesman, Ethan, contacted me and needed me to send him a picture of the one I had. I did so and have never heard back from him or anyone else from the dealership. I travel for work and have a busy schedule..After a significant amount of time part l passed I reached out and attempted to contact the salesmen. Again no response. I guess once I purchased the vehicle they cared very little about honoring the second key agreement which to me is not right. No call, no text, or email! More
