Went in for an oil change and to discuss renewing our lease Crestmont Hyundai Dealership has been my dealership for quite some time now. I have always gotten excellent service there. The service advisor, Dave L Crestmont Hyundai Dealership has been my dealership for quite some time now. I have always gotten excellent service there. The service advisor, Dave LaLonde has always given me great service in a very timely manner. My car is always washed for me before I leave. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with salesman Mark Crow while having our oil change done on our 2017 Hyundai Tucson. He showed us both the Elantra and the Sonata models which we also took on test drives. After working on some numbers, we were able to drive out of the dealership with a beautiful 2020 Calypso Red Sonata! Mark was so helpful in explaining all the features on the car and then followed up the next day to make sure we were happy. More

Had work done on my car some was through warranty and an alignment. I had to return to the dealership because my car would pull to the right so the person doing the alignment didn’t do it right. Very easy to work with! Negotiated all numbers online line so there was not wasted time going back and forth at the dealer. They were able to beat the prices from other dealerships that I was working wit line so there was not wasted time going back and forth at the dealer.
