I took my car in for service after waiting for parts for 6.months and requested my shocks also be replaced while it was in to not be inconvenienced twice. This is my second time leasing a vehicle with Crestmont Hyundai. I came back because the service that I received in 2021 (when I leased my 2021 Elantra) up through the end of my lease was exceptional. All Hyundai. Mike in service he was awesome...the first person who was responsive and seemed to care. Had a part in order for months and never got a call but he found it and got me right in. Never come to the dealership for service as you are booked out too far
