Crestmont Hyundai has the worst service center of any dealership. They will lie straight to your face. The sales staff is awesome, but their service department is borderline corrupt. Go ahead and buy a car there, you'll soon find out you should have bought from a different Hyundai Dealership. Ask around town. Read the REAl reviews. The reviews that show 1 star are actual reviews. The 5 star reviews have just enough words to pass as legit. They say things like "the coffee was good too". Don't waste your money on the warranty upsell because the service department is incompetent. They couldn't fix a wiper blade let alone anything pertinent. More

I was rushed through finance and only explained everything thoroughly when I asked questions and almost paid over $2000 extra on stuff that was not needed. I also found out I had a bent rim only after buying the car and tried contacting the salesman multiple times and all he said was “Thats frustrating.” After a month of just dealing with that I deleted the emails because he was simply not helpful and I was stupid to give him the benefit of the doubt. The only contact is with the service department and the sales manager or owner didn’t have the decency to call or at the least email me. They refuse to even try and fix it now so I am stuck with a bent rim that they did not inform me about. I will continue to tell my friends and family to not shop for new or used cars here. More

I love the no pressure style of Justin. I had been a loyal Kia customer for the last 14 years. But, their dishonest deals drove me away.
