I had discussed an extended warranty with them and declined it. The next day going over my paperwork I found that the warranty I declined had been added. I went to the dealership to discusss it and ge declined it. The next day going over my paperwork I found that the warranty I declined had been added. I went to the dealership to discusss it and get it taken off and was meet with rudeness and was made to stay in the dealership for over 4 hours just to try and decline something. Over and over was told they couldn't until finally they were able to cancel. Wasting 4 hrs of their and mine times. More

Rude in person and over the phone. The two times I have gone, their face to face presence is terrible. They stay on the phone and make you wait for a long period of time. After my car was complete, and cashed out, I had to wait a minimum of 15 min while they 'found' my car instead of having it ready. Car still is not fixed bc they had to order my parts for a horn after over a week. Will never buy Hyundai again. More

Service lady at desk was rude , had face on personal cell phone as I waited for acknowledgement I was there . My car parts are on back order, and my appoints aren't able to be made sooner than 6weeks out . S phone as I waited for acknowledgement I was there .
