We brought the car in because it was making a noise like a flat tire. The mechanics did something with the brake rotary and charged us $360 and said it was fixed. I was contacted by Justin Jankovic after I did an online review of the Santa Fe. From the minute Justin contacted me I knew he was the person I needed to speak with concerning the car. My issue wasn’t diagnosed correctly the first time it went in. I took it back and they had to order a part. I was told it was safe to drive. Several days later it completely broke down and I had to have went in. I took it back and they had to order a part. I was told it was safe to drive. Several days later it completely broke down and I had to have it towed. I came to find out the part was in but no one called to schedule me. I wasn’t called to verify my car arrived by tow. When they called to advise the car was done, they forgot to do a different service I requested. I ended up paying for the tow, and twice for the repairs that were misdiagnosed. Also, if the problem had been diagnosed the first time, my extended warranty would have paid for it. It went out of warranty by the time it was properly diagnosed. More
