The negotiating and the waiting were forever. I was there for over 3 hours. 1.5 hours of it were waiting on the finance department. Sitting and waiting. They tried to low ball me on my trade in and just hand for over 3 hours. 1.5 hours of it were waiting on the finance department. Sitting and waiting. They also tore the tint off my window when they removed the sticker so now I have to take time out of my day to go get it fixed. They didn’t even say anything I had to find it myself.
