Worst sales staff I ever dealt with. Took 4 days to work a deal then when we said we would buy the tried to sell to someone else. When that person could not get financed they came back to us. My salesman, Zack Stokes was great! He didn’t try to pressure me into looking at anything other than what I was interested in, which was a certified used Santa Fe. When I picked it up he was very helpfu pressure me into looking at anything other than what I was interested in, which was a certified used Santa Fe. When I picked it up he was very helpful explaining all of the features on the car . I wish I could say the same for the financial department. It’s been over a month since I picked up my car and I still don’t have a copy of my registration! I know they are busy, not I think 5 weeks, going on 6 is too long! More
