I HAVE A GENESIS G80 MY 4TH CAR LEASED THRU CRESTMONT THE TRANSMISSION BANGS IN N OUT AT LOW SPEEDS FOR TWO YEARS I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT IT THEY SAY COMPUTER TEST CANNOT FIND CAUSE, I PURCHASED A 2011 TRANSMISSION BANGS IN N OUT AT LOW SPEEDS FOR TWO YEARS I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT IT THEY SAY COMPUTER TEST CANNOT FIND CAUSE, I PURCHASED A 2011 BUICK IN OCT2020 PURCHASED AUTO WARRANTY $1400 DOLLARS TURN AIR CONDITION ON 4/2021 DID NOT WORK CRESTMONT SAID ITS NOT COVER I PAID THE COST. 5/21 CAR BREAK DOWN TOWED TO CRESTMONT THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO BRING IT TO A BUICK DEALER I HAVE IT TOWED TO GANELY BUICK THEY TOLD ME IT NEED A CHIP IN THE ENGINE THEY TOLD ME MY WARRENTY DOES NOT COVER THE PART IT WILL COST ME $1000 WHEN THEY CAN GET THE CHIP THEY TOLD ME THEY MAY NOT GET THE PART FOR 3 TO 6 MONTHS THEY WERE KIND ENOUGH TO TELL ME THEY WILL STORE MY CAR FOR FREE THEY SUGGESTED I LEASE A NEW CAR UNTIL THEY FIX IT. The Genesis Luxury Owner Experience and Genesis Service Valet are lackluster at best here. They don’t utilize the owner experience portal which results in not receiving exclusive benefits, services and veh Valet are lackluster at best here. They don’t utilize the owner experience portal which results in not receiving exclusive benefits, services and vehicle information. Simple benefits like unlimited car washes no longer exist. Scheduling vehicle is challenging and at times they cancel appointments last minute due to not having a loaner car. Seems there is not systems in place to manage this process. The computers are not connected to the necessary Genesis databases which make scheduling service and scheduled maintenance a much longer process than it needs to be. I never look forward to my up coming scheduled maintenance because it is always a hassle. More
Car in 3 times problem not fixed. Charged $80 diagnostic fee for warranty work. Extremely slow service. Standing in service center for at least 5 minutes without even being acknowledged.
