This was my first time to Crestmont. Ryan Jones was very helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Despite the shortage of vehicles, I was able to get the color and Sonata I wanted. The service and attendants were so nice and I expect to pay more because it’s a dealership. After about 10 minutes laughing and chuckling the men agreed that, “It doesn’t matter because we have more guns and ammo than them if there’s a civil war.” Are you kidding me?! With customers at the counter? With your office door wide open? I already had reservations about crestmont because I had a bad experience buying my vehicle here, but this is absolutely unacceptable. First visit they broke something. When I brought the car back in they said it must have been some other car place. I didn’t take it anywhere else. Called the dealer. Received no call back. Wrote to Hyundai USA. No response. I was a loyal Hyundai customer for 20 years. This is horrendous service and follow up. More
