This was my first time to Crestmont. Ryan Jones was very helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Despite the shortage of vehicles, I was able to get the color and Sonata I wanted. The test drive convinced me helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Despite the shortage of vehicles, I was able to get the color and Sonata I wanted. The test drive convinced me it was the vehicle I wanted. All of the safety features make the car a pleasure to drive. I could even take the car home the same day I leased it! The service and attendants were so nice and I expect to pay more because it’s a dealership. However, from the moment I walked into the service department door in the office there were two men and an older pay more because it’s a dealership. However, from the moment I walked into the service department door in the office there were two men and an older woman making inexplicably bigoted and derogatory comments about the LGBTQIA+ community. After about 10 minutes laughing and chuckling the men agreed that, “It doesn’t matter because we have more guns and ammo than them if there’s a civil war.” Are you kidding me?! With customers at the counter? With your office door wide open? I already had reservations about crestmont because I had a bad experience buying my vehicle here, but this is absolutely unacceptable. First visit they broke something. When I brought the car back in they said it must have been some other car place. I didn’t take it anywhere else. The next time I drove my car, I heard horrible road noise. Got off an exit. The mechanic said he removed the lug nut holding on the wheel by hand and the other 3 wheels were not tightened per specs. Called the dealer. Received no call back. Wrote to Hyundai USA. No response. I was a loyal Hyundai customer for 20 years. This is horrendous service and follow up. More
