For Crestmont, they have been servicing my vehicle for several years and the vehicle reports are inconsistent (brakes and tires measurments go from GREEN to YELLOW, then thousands of miles later back to G several years and the vehicle reports are inconsistent (brakes and tires measurments go from GREEN to YELLOW, then thousands of miles later back to GREEN). At 71,000 mile service, they recommended having my brake pads replaced and rotors resurfaced, then 24,000 miles later they all have to be replaced, with no indication why they need to be replaced so soon. At 95,000 mile oil change and tire rotation service, they likely forgot to properly replace the underbody cover, because the second time I drove the car it became detached on the freeway. When I got home and looked under the car, there were retainer clips and screws missing. I tried to send this info to the service manager via their website and never heard back because the info at the site is wrong. I called the Service Director, Rob Maylor to explain all of this and he told me to email him directly and he would call me back the next day. I did and still no response. More
The actual sale went fine but the car was delivered to me in less than desirable condition. Spots on the passenger seat weren’t cleaned. Mud in all four wheel wells. Dirt and dried mud in the trunk. Some sort of sticky goo in the cup holder and candy and wrappers between the seats. The car supposedly went to the detailers for all these issues. Someone dropped the ball! Someone, whether the salesperson, manager or other personnel never should have allowed the car to be delivered in this condition. Very disappointed!!! More

There’s not much to say due to the fact that there was not much of a problem to begin with. They check my tires for possible problems of a noise that I heard.
