Really appreciate this dealer selling us a new Palisade at MSRP with basically no contingencies. Other dealers (Ganley) are really gouging during this chip shortage but Crestmont came though for us and we at MSRP with basically no contingencies. They are my local service center, but there always seems to be something they “forget” to do. This time, I spent just under $200 and they didn’t top off the other fluids. I got the message that my washer fl to be something they “forget” to do. This time, I spent just under $200 and they didn’t top off the other fluids. I got the message that my washer fluid was low on my way to the dealership, confirmed that fluids would be topped off, then got the message again on my way home. It’s disappointing. More
