We understand how frustrating and disappointing it can be when things do not go as expected. For many, one of the most exciting things as adult is to purchase a new car. We all love that new car smell. Unfortunately things do not always go as planned and we feel terrible that this was one of those situations where things did not go as expected. We know that the issues that occurred were out of your control as well as ours but we should have done a better job communicating with our customer- parts on backorder, shipping delays, current market definitely has some new challenges that many industries are going through. We should have done more to keep you informed of all that going on that kept holding up your new car. We are always trying to find ways to improve ourselves as a dealership, communication is definitely something we are focused on. In the end, we feel terrible that your new car came in with an issue but the good news is that we were able to resolve the issue. We hope that you enjoy your new car. I am confident I will enjoy a new vehicle once I obtain one from another dealership. The vehicle sold to me was determined to be a Lemon by the manufacturer prior to it being registered to me and taking it off the lot. Looking forward to putting the Crestmont experience behind me and moving on.
