We are sorry to hear that there seems to be a miscommunication between us. When we spoke with you regarding the situation with the used car you purchased a few thousand miles ago we ended with an agreement. just to remind you of our conversation, we appreciated the fact that you chose to drive an hour and half to see us so we offered to split the costs with you to replace your brakes now even though it was not necessary. We went a step further, we offered to give you the same discount if you wanted to wait until the brakes were in need of replacement. Based on the fact that the brakes were still in decent condition but wearing unevenly, you chose to leave everything as is. You said you would prefer to replace your brakes on your own when they were at the point of needing replacement. Please reach out to us if you have changed your mind and would like to accept our offer. We really appreciate the opportunity to work with you.

We ended on an agreement because i didnt want to cause a scene. I have purchased used vehicle's before and have had to have things replaced like tires or some cosmetic damages that we're never no cost to me. I reported my issue to you guys about my brakes and was basically told it was my fault for putting 4,000 miles on the vehicle since i had it. Im very disappointed in the customer service I received. I felt like there was very little professionalism in the way my claim was handled. You guys even admitted there we're some issues with the brakes and that the fronts should be replaced. There and then it should've been taken care of at no cost to me for selling me a vehicle with parts that need replaced. A 50% discount on parts was not a good offer. As I've stated previously I've received much better customer service at previous dealerships for similar issues. That is the reason i decided to leave a negative review.
