I walked into Crestmont Hyundai off the street, based on Crestmont Cadillac representation. When I first entered everyone was friendly and accommodating. My heart singed and I smiled with delight. I have A-1 credit and did my research and she was playing games. I knew my credit score . It was a horrible experience. I will not be back. She tried to force me to take the bank she wanted. A bank I had researched and if I wanted this bank I could have gotten myself without Crestmont. It was part of my research.. The more I said no, the more she pushed. She locked me in to her friend Monica at the institution. Monica wanted a sale and was just as pushy. Horrible. Once the finance lady started her shenanigans and games,, the mystery play was on. The salesman joined in. I called him. He said he would call me back, and he never returned my call. My heart was no longer singing with joy. I will not be back to this Hyundai Dealer . I will find another. It was horrible. I gave them 3 stars because I like Hyundai. It is a brand I like.. I have no score for shenanigans. I am disappointed in the service. . More

Overall very positive experience. Arrival was quick and service was completed the same day with a minimum of callbacks. There needs to be better communication between the service and parts departments, possibly an upgrade to the computerized service tracking system. A previous service date required a part that had to be ordered but the order was never put into the system. I had to call the parts department to get the part reordered. Also I had to call the parts department to confirm that the part, and a second part that I requested, had arrived. This should be handled by the service department and not rely on the customer to confirm orders and parts delivery. More
