Took my car in for oil change, tire rotation, and new spark plugs. Could not do spark plugs, because dealer did not receive necessary inventory from Hyundai. Did oil change and tires. After conclusion of service, experienced immediate problem with severe vibration and check engine light. Had to pull a U-turn and return to service center. Service technician forgot to properly hook everything back up. Service center corrected the issue and offered to cover the cost of my next oil change. More

My salesman Ron Zurek was great. Professional and knowledgeable. Went for an oil change and an issue with the lane assist. No problems with the oil change, but the issue with the lane assist was not addressed. Still having the same problem. I believe that the members of this dealership were dishonest and fulfill the negative stereotype of sleezy car dealers…the agreed upon price when I put my $500 down was $405 but when I picked up the c dishonest and fulfill the negative stereotype of sleezy car dealers…the agreed upon price when I put my $500 down was $405 but when I picked up the car it was $35 more per month which is more than $1100 more through the life of the lease…I was told I could select the payment date to avoid my mortgage and car payment and student loan coming out the same week…but I’ve since been told that I can not alter my payment date from the date I took possession…I am counting the months until this lease is terminated and as of right now will not be a Hyundai customer again…I feel taken advantage of and lied to by sales and finance! More
