You're my service dealer if choice. However, it took 3 visits to figure out how to correct a problem created by another dealer caused problem. Visit 1 went in because I had a *pool" of However, it took 3 visits to figure out how to correct a problem created by another dealer caused problem. Visit 1 went in because I had a *pool" of water under the seat. Obvious solution, blowout a plugged drain hose. But you found little to nothing plugging the drain. Site 2 went in because "pool" of water continues to accumulate under the seat. Solution incorrectly repeats visit 1 solution, one would think of looking records from last visit 4 or 5 days earlier or maybe even other service record from day 1 of ownership service report. (Those are the only 2 records plus 1 oil change to review). Visit 3 I am upset now. I suggest could the problem be related to the work done on day 1 of ownership. Turns out they forgot to reconnect the other end of the drain hose. So for 18 months? water has been sitting under my seat. Do I now have a mold problem? This would be an issue with the 1at dealership or more specifically Hyundai Motors. They should replace the carpet. If you want brownie points take action and run this up to corporate office. But no I suspect who ever reads this is not concerned about customer satisfaction but rather checking a box only related to this service call. Finally, although well intensions we're meant, one of the service managers stated after the repair was finally solved (because I meantuoned the work by the other dealership) "it's like when you go to the doctor's office, you have to tell them everything that is bothering you so they no what to treat." Well all I can say now is in "My Charts" medical records, the doctor reviews the his/her notes; even the ones entered by his nurse or maybe a specialist. It's quite obvious this did not happen. More
