Sara the Service Advisor was excellent. However, the Manager, Dan, who is no longer there seemed to be at a lost for answers. The backup camera was replaced on an Encore GX 2020. I returned several times, before being asked to leave the car overnight. Sara was able to ask the Tech to request help from GM and explained to me the request should be answered within 24 hours.
