Ray Hewston, the sales associate was great, Dan Musa, the sales manager worked hard to get me a deal that I was comfortable with to get me into my new Terrain, Aaron Stancato is the employee that got me to come to the store in the first place, GM Justin Yelling introduced himself and personally thanked me for my business, and Vicki in finance explained all the paperwork quickly but thoroughly. Awesome experience! More

When he wanted to take the car on a longer test drive, he was told that they follow a certain route for test drives. After purchasing, he found out that the heat didn't work, which could be why they didn't want him driving for a long test drive. This also prevented him from defrosting the windshield as he drove it home. When he called the dealer, they told him to bring it back for repair. The car also had a nonfunctioning rear door, hatch, and window, which he also told the sales person when he called. When he returned for the repair, they handed him an estimate for $1000 in repairs, instead of rectifying the situation. This was a classic situation of bait and switch. Later he realized that the XM radio didn't work. XM tried to fix it over the phone but referred him to the dealer because they could not get it to work. When I spoke to the sales manager, Dan, about the multiple issues, I was told that my father purchased a "cheap car" and asked what I expected. I expected a safe vehicle for my dad to drive after spending over $7000. The sales person certainly did not refer to the car as "cheap" when my father paid for it. Upon meeting with the General Manager about this issue, we were offered a discount for the repairs. The GM was professional and understanding, but did not resolve the issue to our satisfaction. If you plan on spending your hard earned money on a car, do not go to this dealer. It will be a waste of time, energy, and money. This sale was disappointing, to say the least. I highly discourage any consumer to do business with Buick GMC of Beachwood. More

Poor experience.. Started out great - found the perfect car for us within an hour. Filled out all the paperwork, left a deposit. The car was on another lot. 4 days late Started out great - found the perfect car for us within an hour. Filled out all the paperwork, left a deposit. The car was on another lot. 4 days later, received a call from the salesman - the car had been sold. Not sure why they would find this out 4 days later. We were very disappointed. They found another, more options, but turned out to be a great deal we were very excited about. He assured us the same experience would not happen again. But guess what? Next day - that car was sold as well. All this time, we were not looking elsewhere as we had purchased the auto for us - or so we thought. Who sells 2 cars in the same week, to the same person, only to have them sold out from under them? No one has reached out to us to review. This is a terrible way of doing business and poor treatment of customers. Filed a formal complaint with GMC - did not help much but made me feel better. Left an honest review on Facebook - they had it removed. More

Caution, Beware, Danger!!! Beware!!! Please think twice before buying from Collection Buick/GMC of Beechwood. My elderly Father bought a new Buick from Collection Buick/GMC o Beware!!! Please think twice before buying from Collection Buick/GMC of Beechwood. My elderly Father bought a new Buick from Collection Buick/GMC of Beachwood and he was taken advantage of-- a victim of a paperwork scam. Here is what happened— warning it’s long but important for you to know! My elderly Father went to this dealer to buy a new Buick Lacrosse. Eventually a salesman found a car he liked and they began the paperwork. Luckily he was eligible for several rebates and soon they were signing multiple papers and he paid for the car in full with two checks (not enough in a single account to cover it, but more than enough with both.) He was then told that they were done, he could take his new car home and they would be sending copies of all the paperwork and title and such. My Father was sent home with only two papers from the dealer, #1 a receipt stating that two checks were received by the dealership (but not what they went for, or what he bought) and #2 an odometer disclosure statement for the new car. Fast forward a week. My Father is called and told that he owes $3500 and can not get the title or license plates and that ownership of the car “may” not be completely settled. Fast forward another week. My Father and a lawyer friend go to the dealer to straighten things out. What they find is that the motor vehicle purchase contract (Buick calls it a Buyer’s Order) is different. One of the rebates or discounts (which is a debit on the purchase price- and lowers the final price) has now become a “Less Initial Payment Cash Down” and that they have never received this initial cash down payment. Think about the logic of this. In buying a car outright, why would anyone need to put money down? Money down is for leases and loans. There was no lease or loan involved here. Why would anyone put money down for a car they were going to buy outright a few minutes later? The answer to this mystery is that it’s a scam. The deal/paperwork was altered after he’d already signed. Sadly, my Father trusted the dealer and believed them about leaving the paperwork behind. He fell for it and the lawyer confirmed that he had no legal standing because his signature was on the contract saying he had agreed to it. This dealer got $3500 richer using underhanded and unethical practices. Are my family, friends and neighbors angry? You bet! But we have no legal recourse. All we can do is try to warn others about this unethical Buick/GMC dealer. More
