I recently purchased a used vehicle from the dealership. Upon getting home, I noticed a crack in the side mirror surround that was not disclosed and not noticed in my test drive the day before. After noticing, I immediately contacted the GM to let him know. I just informed him of the discovered damage. It was immediately dismissed as something they are unable to help with, that I bought a used car, and once I left the lot they cannot help me. This is extremely frustrating, knowing that the damage was there before I left and that it was not disclosed to me. I expected them to have some duty of disclosing this damage and at least be willing to take a look and explore the idea of helping in some way, like splitting the cost at least. Instead I was immediately dismissed. I was told that maybe if I paid more for the vehicle, they could help, but since "I got a good price", they could not help me. I still do not know if the damage occurred between the day I test drove and the next day, or if it was there when I test drove. Once the sale was completed, Crestmont Buick GMC stopped caring about me, their customer. I won’t be returning to this dealership, and I strongly advise others to be cautious, especially if purchasing a used vehicle! More
