On my first visit with this dealership I was assisting my uncle in the Sales department and the Customer Service Team was wonderful. The Sales experience was very professional and helped us make the purchas uncle in the Sales department and the Customer Service Team was wonderful. The Sales experience was very professional and helped us make the purchase. I then returned a couple of times and everyone was very friendly. The whole team at Collection Buick GMC need a great big pat on the back! Not only were they great at meeting our needs but extremely prompt and efficient in making this sale happen. Darrell Ambrose was most attentive to and cognizant of my needs and desires regarding my decision to purchase a new Enclave rather than keep my three year old one. He patiently pointed out all the new featu needs and desires regarding my decision to purchase a new Enclave rather than keep my three year old one. He patiently pointed out all the new features of the Enclave I purchased. The test drive of the vehicle was a great ezperience - I drove at various speeds and experienced the pickup and smoothness of the operation and ride. Upon delivery of the vehicle, Darrell made sure that everything I was to receive was in fact taken care of. He also provided me with a tour of the service department and made sure that I was aware of the services they offer including free pickup and delivery of my vehicle from my home as a dealership when my car needs service. I was also introduced to the sales manager and finance manager and received courteous service from them.
