No one calls you back when you leave a message. Then you finally get someone on the phone to make an appointment they give you the wrong information. What should have been an exciting and seamless car-buying experience quickly turned into a complete nightmare. After placing a deposit, securing financing through my lender, and coordinating a Saturday picku experience quickly turned into a complete nightmare. After placing a deposit, securing financing through my lender, and coordinating a Saturday pickup, I expected a smooth process. The dealership had already received my payment two days prior and was fully aware of my scheduled arrival time. Yet, after a four-hour drive, I arrived to find that my vehicle was not ready. My salesperson seemed overwhelmed and distracted, constantly running around without providing clear answers. For two frustrating hours, I was shuffled from room to room with no sense of urgency. The lack of professionalism and communication was astounding. Eventually, the manager, CJ, assured us they would fill the gas tank as a courtesy since we had such a long drive home—something they claimed they didn’t normally do. However, after the car was finally ready, I checked the vehicle’s app and saw that the salesperson had simply driven it around the block instead of actually refueling it. At this point, my frustration had reached its limit. I had already asked three times for the second key, and after realizing they hadn’t put gas in the car, I followed the salesperson inside to get it myself. When he then asked me to take pictures, I told him I had no interest in doing so and that I couldn’t stand being f’ing lied to. The constant dishonesty and lack of respect for my time were unacceptable. As I walked out, visibly upset, CJ the sales manager followed me to my vehicle. Furious that I had cursed inside the showroom, he stood in the doorway of my truck, blocking me from closing it. Despite my repeated requests for him to step aside, he continued to argue, attempting to justify their disorganization and dishonesty. His dismissive attitude and condescending tone only escalated the situation. He even went as far as to suggest that allowing me to put down a deposit or use outside financing was a special favor—something I should have been grateful for. I wasn’t upset over the $32 it took to fill the tank—I was furious over the sheer lack of professionalism, dishonesty, and disregard for my time. Instead of making the process smooth and enjoyable, it felt like they went out of their way to frustrate me. No customer should ever be treated this way, and to be spoken down to and intimidated—especially as a female customer—was absolutely unacceptable. When I requested information on who oversaw CJ as the sales manager, I was flat-out denied. This dealership failed me on every level, and I would never recommend them to anyone. More
