When I went to pay my bill I was advised for the first time that there would be an additional charge if I used a credit card to pay. I should have been advised of this new policy at the time I called an time that there would be an additional charge if I used a credit card to pay. I should have been advised of this new policy at the time I called and scheduled my appointment instead of being blindsided after my oil change was completed. The dealer's oil change is more expensive than other providers and the dealer no longer washes or cleans my care after a service and now they charge an additional fee for using a credit card. There is no advantage to using the dealer for services. I felt I was ambushed by not being given advance notice of a change in policy. I will not use this dealership again. More
