David Bulkeley was instrumental in helping me navigate sheer disaster (a car with a dead battery.) He patiently walked me through the steps of opening the car with the detachable key blade, and provide sheer disaster (a car with a dead battery.) He patiently walked me through the steps of opening the car with the detachable key blade, and provided information on Volvo Road Assistance. He made sure that the technicians were ready to start work on the car the second I drove in. With only one hour left before closing, everything was done and tested, work on the car was minutely explained, and paperwork handed to me. David even made sure the batteries of the two remote keys were changed. These are extraordinary circumstances, and we are all under added stress. Thank you, David, and Crest Volvo for having a grip on things at a time when nobody seems to know what will happen next. Never thought I would say this, but I'm almost happy when my car needs the expertise of this dealership. I get to be pampered again! I know we're supposed to keep the distance, so here's a virtual hug from a very happy customer! More
