David Buckleley ensured a very positive customer experience! David did a nice job organizing the work needed and ensuring my vehicle was ready competed as agreed. David kept me updated with the work progress, identified potential future maintenance issues, and provided pictures of the work completed. From a customer experience perspective, David did an excellent job of proactively anticipating my needs by taking the car through the emission and safely inspection as part of my service appointment. This was very helpful and saved me both time and having to make an appointment to have it done. Upon pick up of my car, David met me and we walked through the work completed and I advised that I would be happy to recommend and use Crest Volvo again for my Volvo needs. 10 out of 10!! More
