Great Service Representative First visit to Crest after buying from Park Place and taking my vehicle to them for service for the first few times. David was by far the most exc First visit to Crest after buying from Park Place and taking my vehicle to them for service for the first few times. David was by far the most excellent service representative I've dealt with since owning cars in general. I use to think Honda had the best service reps. Park place Volvo never really impressed me. The moment David got started with the process till I drove off the lot, he was very informative, professional, and pleasant to work with. Spent extra time explaining some difference questions I had on my vehicle after closing time and I never once felt rushed.
