Great Experience I recently traded in my 2011 Volvo S40 and leased a 2015 S60. I had the pleasure of working with Dustin during this process. Purchasing a new car ca I recently traded in my 2011 Volvo S40 and leased a 2015 S60. I had the pleasure of working with Dustin during this process. Purchasing a new car can be stressful; however, Dustin was not pushy and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the deal I was getting. He was polite, professional, personable and very knowledgeable about the car he was selling. I also appreciated him taking time after the sale to help me set up the new Volvo app. Every person I encountered at the dealership was nice, from the men that opened the doors for me, to Scott making sure I was happy, to the General Manager, Pedro, who sat down and chatted with me while waiting on finance. I have been going to the Volvo of Dallas Service Department since the purchase of my first Volvo four years ago, and I can say their sales team is just as great as their service team. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new car to go see Dustin and the rest of the team at Volvo of Dallas! More

We were relocating cross country and worked with the internet sales team prior to showing up. Once we walked in we were greeted with a friendly handshake by Yahya. He was not pushy and let the car do most of the sale. We were even looking at a similar car at a different dealer and he offered to have it checked out to make sure it was safe even though he wouldn't be selling the car. The dealership gave us 100% honest feedback about the other car and did not try to make up fake issues. We were so impressed by their honesty and customer service that we ended up buying the Volvo they were selling instead of the competitor. Everyone on the staff was extremely professional. Highly recommend Volvo of Dallas if you are any where near buy, they will go the extra mile to help you. More

Just bought my 3rd Volvo and Volvo of Dallas is the BEST! Volvo of Dallas gives you free car wash when you buy a car there. I took my 2013 Volvo in for a free car wash and left hours later with an awesome new Volvo of Dallas gives you free car wash when you buy a car there. I took my 2013 Volvo in for a free car wash and left hours later with an awesome new 2015 XC 60. Dustin Kilka was the most incredible salesman to work with. He worked out a great deal on my trade in and new car purchase. Jeremy Hernandez is the business manager and John Kindhart is the service manager. These men together produced an incredible feat. They processed the purchase through in a matter of hours seamlessly with such excellence of attention to every detail. WORST To start horrible unorganized. I called made an appointment and they failed to mention the dealership location had moved. Drove to old and then had to To start horrible unorganized. I called made an appointment and they failed to mention the dealership location had moved. Drove to old and then had to drive 45 mins to new location. Poor directions given by associate. Then when arriving no one had a clue what to do. Sales assocaites were goofing off and didn't greet me. Then waited 2 plus hours for a simple oil change. Managent must have changed because this time last year I would have never felt this way. STAY AWAY FROM VOLVO IN PLANO. More
