My best experience buying a new car ever. My wife and I moved to Dallas in early July. We previously had lived in Boston for 29 years. Before leaving our Bostonian home, my wife decided to get rid of her old car, that was 13 years old, and buy a new one soon after arriving at Dallas. We consider ourselves to be experienced buyers as we have bought 9 cars in the last 35 years. Some of them were for me, others for my wife and one of them for our son. We both wanted to buy a car that comes with all the new features such as rear view camera and GPS navigation system. Besides, we needed a car easy to drive, secure and durable. We had decided between a VOLVO and another brand. The first moment that we stepped inside the VOLVO dealership we met Alycia Johnson, who made the whole buying experience very positive and relaxing. She paid attention to every detail and was like having somebody in our side and not needing to negotiate at all. Besides, this was the first time that my wife and I got the car that we wanted. We found the color and the model of our dreams. This is also the first time that salesperson and also all the business officers helped us and provided a better deal to us. Very poor hospitality, Barry only showed us demo used car for whatever reason ( maybe he assumed that we cannot afford new car ). Extremely shady sales tactics trying to hide details of volvo incentives and invoice price. Worse came when we we were walking out of dealership, he stopped us when I was about to enter in my car in parking lot and asked us loudly from distance that how much would I be willing to pay??? I could not believe it, I will never go there again. More
