5 Star Service On A Pre-Owned Vehicle? YES! I ran across a pre-owned vehicle and left a message after midnight. I was surprised to get a call that same day answering all of my questions. Our families schedule did allow for a test drive until the following weekend. The response from Scott Traylor... "We will bring that vehicle to you". Sure enough, Davius Blackshire was promptly at our door. He drove (1 way) over 40 mins to show us a pre-owned vehicle... Davius detailed every option and answered all of our questions. His professionalism was an extension of Crest Volvo. The quality of the vehicle sold itself but Davius made the car-buying experience smooth!! Our plan was to pick up the vehicle the following vehicle but Scott Traylor's service went well beyond our expectation. Curt Mills outlined our financial Davius delivered the vehicle back to our house fully detailed with our paperwork (with no errors to what we agreed upon) ready to sign - easiest car that we have ever purchased! Follow-up is terrible They were awesome...until I signed the papers. On February 4th, after driving 4 hours to get to their dealership to buy a certified preowned XC90, t They were awesome...until I signed the papers. On February 4th, after driving 4 hours to get to their dealership to buy a certified preowned XC90, they were warm and welcoming. Lots of friendly handshakes and smiles. Once the financing was complete and I drive the 4 hours home, I discovered that the vehicle didn't have all of the options that Volvo said it did. After many phone calls, texts and emails to Volvo corporate and the dealership, I received the equivalent of a shrug. The financing manager, Jeremy Hernandez, convinced me to get the "Maintenance Protection Plan". He touted it to be one of the greatest things since the invention of the wheel (paraphrase). As it turns out, it doesn't cover 25% of what he told me it would. The MPP packet arrived today and they only give you 30 days to cancel without any penalties (according to the instructions in the packet). So now I only have 1 day left to cancel and no one from the dealership will take, or return, my phone calls. Several messages were left, a voicemail and several texts were sent. Jorge is the only one to send me a text back promising that someone will get back to me. That was 3 hours ago and the dealership is closed now. Where's the warmth and good will now? Terrible place This dealership has been terrible the whole process...I purchased a 2016 XC90. I was told that the vehicle was in a hailstorm but was completely repai This dealership has been terrible the whole process...I purchased a 2016 XC90. I was told that the vehicle was in a hailstorm but was completely repaired. A few days later after I got the car I washed my car and looked on my roof and saw the terrible hail damage repair. I guess that was my bad for not checking on top of the roof of my SUV before buying the vehicle. I took my car in because I noticed an inside panel was misaligned causing a gap between the door and the window. When I got my car back I noticed they put a dent in my door trying to fix the panel. I took my car back for them to fix the dent. The manager of service John Kinheart told me they would keep my car for most of Saturday to repair. They didn't do any work on my car on Saturday because the dent repair people didn't work on that day. He failed to tell me that prior to me dropping my car off. I called him Sat, Mon and Tues and he would not return my call to let me know when my car would be ready. Additionally, I have an app on my phone that tells you if your car is unlocked and running. Monday night I happened to check my app and my car was sitting on their lot unlocked with the window down. My husband went to the lot at 10:45pm to go close my window because their was a big thunderstorm that was coming. He got to the car and rolled the window up right as the rain was starting. This dealership is careless and does not take care of your vehicle when it is in their care. More
