Excellent Service I just purchased my fourth Volvo today from Alycia Johnson. Her product knowledge on the new S90 is impressive and her customer service is stellar! I I just purchased my fourth Volvo today from Alycia Johnson. Her product knowledge on the new S90 is impressive and her customer service is stellar! I had to reschedule several times before finally coming in, and I had a teenager with me when I did make it - Alycia made sure my daughter was included in the process the entire time. I decided on a different model than the one that brought me to the dealership in the first place, and Alycia took a lot of time to find the right one that met all my needs and wants. Once the car was purchased, Alycia took additional time to go through all the features with me, hook up the Bluetooth etc, and made sure all my questions were answered before I left. She gave me her cell number in case I had more questions (which I did), and got back to me right away - the service did not stop with the sale. I received a follow-up call today to make sure I was happy and didn't have additional questions - the service is world class and made the entire experience that much better! More

Terrible experience at Crest Volvo I want to share a pretty lousy experience happened to me several days ago (for your own considerations before landing a deal with Crest Volvo) On M I want to share a pretty lousy experience happened to me several days ago (for your own considerations before landing a deal with Crest Volvo) On Mar 25, my friend drove me to Crest Volvo for an on-site browsing of 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA250 which I was quite interested in after reviewing online. At that time, Volvo promised me that I could have my used car traded in for a reduction of $3,000 for the down payment even though they didn’t see my used Hyundai on the spot (actually they even said they won’t do any further inspections on my car as well; besides, they also offered me a comparatively better APR) As a result of that, I thought it was really a kind offer so I didn’t negotiate or bargain the car price with them at all. And after signing the dealing agreement and finishing all the paper works that day, I drove that Mercedes back home. However, several days later, after all the paper works being signed by both parties, I received a call from Volvo saying that they regretted that deal and needed me to pay an extra $1,500 for that car because they found the car title of my traded one showing salvaged (the previous owner of that car didn’t reveal such information to me at all). That is, from my own knowledge of this car, I just know I do legally own that car and assure that its title is indeed clean (actually, by the definition of “clean title” I searched online, it means you legally own it) As requested, I came back to the Volvo on Mar 29(Wednesday) at 7pm, and tried to explain the whole situation with them, my point was clear- they promised me to redeem $3,000 for my used Hyundai without any further checkups and that’s exactly why I can’t accept to pay this extra $1,500. To be honest, without that promised $3,000 redemption, the total price of this Mercedes is way over my budgets and with the redemption did I give up bargaining the car price and sign the contract on the spot. So I decided to cancel this deal after our negotiations came to a dead end. Nonetheless, what really irritates me is- when I returned my Mercedes car key to them, regardless of my explanations of the whole situation and my innocence at this case, a senior man who seemed to work there as the manager said something pretty rude with an arrogant attitude to his coworker but I can clearly hear it because it’s literally in front of my face “Don’t be sorry, they are liars” I really couldn’t believe my ears then, after his salesman expressing apologies, how can “a manager” at such a big dealership” could treat innocent customers with such RUDE behaviors. Not to mention, he didn’t glance at me back when I tried to further defend myself again. I want to make some wrap ups here reiterating my points. First of all, Volvo salesman promised me that they allow me to trade my used car in, a Hyundai, for $3,000 without any further checkups on it, but they didn’t keep their promises Secondly, to my own understanding and with all the truth, I do own a clean title for my car. In fact, they didn’t even ask anything about my car before providing me that $3000 offer Thirdly, I am innocent and I didn’t lie about the fact that I haven’t been notified by the previous owner about the salvage history of my Hyundai. All I know is that I do legally own this car’s title and I was aware of my car’s previous salvages until Volvo guys told me of that Fourthly, from the point of view of protecting every buyer’s benefits, is it fair if salesmen tried to persuade a potential buyer to purchase an over-budget car by offering a high traded-in price; but, soon, ignoring all promises they have made, and the fact that both parties had signed the deal agreement, they called buyers back saying “your car is not worth the price as I promised to offer, please come pay $XXX more as a fix”. They only stand for their rights but overlooked all the liabilities and risks they should bear for themselves after making the deals. What’s more, I never know, in America, how come a man could say “they are liars” at their customers’ faces without any proofs and without showing any empathy considering they might be victims too? Such action is so rude and intolerable for any reasonable individuals in this world. They did not review the whole situation fairly; for example, they didn’t blame their salesmen for giving out customers random promises but, after hearing customers’ honest explanations, backlash customers by relentlessly calling them liars with no proofs I really felt so disappointed about this terrible experience at this dealership and strongly suggest all the potential buyers reconsider making any deal with them or scrupulously evaluate all the risks before making a contract with this Volvo dealer. Went out of her way!!! Alycia was awesome! I had been in a hit and run and needed a really good car quick at a set price and she made it happen. She put me into a loaner car Alycia was awesome! I had been in a hit and run and needed a really good car quick at a set price and she made it happen. She put me into a loaner car until my car had been detailed inspected and ready to go with a full tank of gas! I truly appreciate the effort she went through to get me into a car that was both budget friendly and good looking as I take my real estate clients out in my car all the time. Two weeks after I was hit my sister's car was totalled and even though she lives in Boston Alycia and her team helped find her a car, get inspected and registred in MAss and have it ready to go so she could get it ASAP! Cannot beat the service they give you. More

Don't trust this dealership! I purchased my third Volvo from crest (they were Volvo dallas prior) and was always happy until this last time. I found a car from their used lot I purchased my third Volvo from crest (they were Volvo dallas prior) and was always happy until this last time. I found a car from their used lot online, they had all the paperwork ready for me when I arrived (I live in Fort Worth). I signed many documents before I took a test drive, one being a hail damage waiver. I met with Finance and drove off in my new vehicle. Two weeks later, my sales person calls wanting me to sign the hail damage waiver saying my car had damage but had been repaired. I told them I was not signing another form-- I had done that initially and they indicated to me there was no damage to my vehicle. Long story, manager called to tell me it was "standard" for them to claim all cars had damage as my car was in the area during the march 2016 hail storm. I refused to sign. I still have no idea if my car had damage and the dealership repaired and filed/ were paid for it. I'll be extremely cautious and conservative next time; likely not using Crest but I do love the brand!!!! Volvo for life. More
