Volvo of Dallas goes above and beyond. I was in the market to purchase a vehicle for my mother and hell bent on MB or Lexus and the snoody sales staff basically forced me to head over to Volvo. Upon meeting Dustin, he drilled into the car we needed and didn't waste time -a demo S60. This is a lost skill in car sales and one that should attract anyone looking for luxury vehicle. Time is money; and these guys understand it. We took it for a spin and the car was dreamy. 6,000 miles and an MSRP well above what we could afford, but after rebates and quick negotiation with Dustin a deal was done. It was perhaps the least painful of processes. Important to note is all of the bells and whistles that were offered were honored. We had a minor snafu in communication of the package purchased, and Volvo of Dallas was incredibly quick to respond and go above and beyond making up for any potential error here. When you commit to purchasing a vehicle with these people, it's not just one car; imagine being brought in like family and not having the desire to go anywhere else. I feel great my mother is in the safe comforts of this awesome car, and I'm looking forward to upgrading my own Volvo in the coming months. Thank you again Volvo of Dallas and Dustin. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, and he was thorough in explaining the features of each car I test drove. He was patient and did not try to push additional features on me. Once I settled on a model, Yahya searched every inch of the lot before determining the dealership didn't have one with the features I wanted in the color I desired in stock. He quickly located exactly what I was looking for (in another state) and arranged for it to be delivered to me within a week. Since they were buying my old VW, they even provided a loaner for me to drive while I was waiting. Everyone I encountered during the purchase was very pleasant and helpful, and I love my new car! This dealership is flat out pathetic. They screwed up the service work on my car. When I called, they were very slow to respond or correct.
