Love my Volvo I always have a good experience when I take my Volvo in for service. I was a bit disappointed this time when I noticed a sheet of plastic was left be I always have a good experience when I take my Volvo in for service. I was a bit disappointed this time when I noticed a sheet of plastic was left behind the drivers seat (guess it was used to cover drivers seat), as I was driving home with windows down and sunroof opened the plastic blew out!!!!! Then, I noticed they didn’t vacuum the cargo space of my vehicle, there was quite a bit of grass there. I left my vehicle with the seats laying down so they had to notice it! More

It is so wonderful to find someone so honest, knowledgeable and caring in the car sales world. We knew we were wanting a Volvo, but the attention to detail and service we received from Alycia and everyone at CREST has been amazing. Alycia spent hours with us to find the perfect XC60 for our family. She was patient, answered all our questions! Her love of Volvo is so obvious, and she was able to answer all of my engineer husband's questions. She has continually checked in on us to make sure our Crest experience has been excellent! Our next car will be a Volvo from Alycia and from Crest!! I would recommend her to anyone, and I am a tough critic! Jeremy was also amazing to work with during our finance process. The paperwork was seamless, and he was upfront and honest about costs and what each extra care package would cover. My husband really complimented Jeremy about his presentation.
