I was not expecting Yahya. He was patient, forthright, and accomodating of my irritability. He worked to understand just what I was looking for in a car and what my budget was. It took some hunting around the lot, but he found the car that I ended up buying, a 2007 S40. I took a couple of days to make a decision, during which Yahya did not attempt to hard sell or pressure me in any way. When I sent my family to test drive the vehicle the next day, Yahya was very attentive, made them feel very comfortable, brought them refreshments, answered all their questions, applied no pressure nor tried to force a sale, and ensured that they actually ENJOYED the visit to the dealership! Since I purchased the car, Yahya has diligently resolved a couple of open items, maintained contact, and been an absolute pleasure to work with. Yahya met me as I arrived at the dealership to look at an automobile i had previously seen on the internet. Unfortunatly, it had already been sold.
