Never Again! Worst service department ever! We took our XC90 in for a check engine light and was promptly called to inform us the fuel pump needed replacement for Worst service department ever! We took our XC90 in for a check engine light and was promptly called to inform us the fuel pump needed replacement for $1400+. Upon discussion with both the service writer and the mechanic we determined that the fuel pump was working so well the engine was receiving too much gas. Now, according to them, a fuel pump is not a real pump, but we have never had a pump fail that worked too well. We pushed to have a fuel sensor replaced only, even though they warned us the car could essentially blow up if we didn't do the pump and amazingly enough the sensor was the problem. We then got the privilege to pay for their expertise and triple amount of time, over $500. When we arrived at the dealer to pick up our car the service writer would not even talk to us. Thanks Andrew for a job not well done! More

This time we had carefully planned to add a third car so that our daughter will have one for college next fall. But in our 20 years together, my wife and I have never had an experience that came even close to the one we experienced at Volvo of Dallas. Our salesman, Yahya Asgharnia, was so kind and listened to exactly what we needed, then produced it in short order. We gave him the parameters of our budget and he never once tried to talk us into going beyond what we could afford. In fact, we never thought we would be able to purchase a car so nice, but we LOVE Volvo products, having owned two used wagons previously, so we decided to give it a try. Now it's hard to imagine going anywhere else! Everyone we met was friendly and seemed genuinely interested in us, not just in selling us. As a financially cautious graduate student, as well as a first time purchaser, Yahya truly did take care of me and I am very grateful that I was fortunate enough to make my first purchase in his care. When Yahya says that he will take care of things, he does–Yayha delivers. There was no heavy pressure, only genuine care in making sure that I was more than satisfied. Personally, I don't feel as if I purchased from a car dealership; I feel as if I purchased from a family that actually cares about their consumers and am excited to be a part of the warm, welcoming community. I live about an hour away and am happy to make that drive anytime because the quality service, the pleasant environment, the authenticity...it's worth it.
