Knowledgable sales people We had the Alycia. She was the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever had and I buy a new car every two years. She was able to discuss all feat We had the Alycia. She was able to discuss all features of the car and even press buttons while speaking without looking at what she was pressing. Very impressive! The dealership looks very old inside and not very luxurious but the overall service was good. Update to the review: Went back to take delivery and the car had not been cleaned (dirt i pointed out during the purchase process was not taken care of, interior had sticky stuff and unwiped spray dots all over the leather etc...) The car was also not filled with gas. I tried talking to the sales manager and he was not interested and told me he was busy for the last 3 days and did not offer to get involved to help. Selwyn came to the rescue! I went back the next day to try to take delivery again, Selwyn had gotten the car prepped properly for delivery and did a great job cleaning up after Alycia. One of the repairs they were supposed to make (fix a door ding) was fixed with the wrong color paint. The poor salesperson could not get any help from his sales management so we ended up working with the General Manager Duncan who was very professional and courteous and handled things properly. Duncan assured me he would get this fixed correctly and left a great impression with me that he would and could handle it. THANK YOU DUNCAN! More
