Just bought my 3rd Volvo and Volvo of Dallas is the BEST! Volvo of Dallas gives you free car wash when you buy a car there. I took my 2013 Volvo in for a free car wash and left hours later with an awesome new Volvo of Dallas gives you free car wash when you buy a car there. I took my 2013 Volvo in for a free car wash and left hours later with an awesome new 2015 XC 60. Dustin Kilka was the most incredible salesman to work with. He worked out a great deal on my trade in and new car purchase. Jeremy Hernandez is the business manager and John Kindhart is the service manager. These men together produced an incredible feat. They processed the purchase through in a matter of hours seamlessly with such excellence of attention to every detail. I drove away the most happy customer with a great recommendation for anyone who needs a car, new or used. Volvo of Dallas is the best dealer anywhere. More

WORST To start horrible unorganized. I called made an appointment and they failed to mention the dealership location had moved. Drove to old and then had to To start horrible unorganized. I called made an appointment and they failed to mention the dealership location had moved. Drove to old and then had to drive 45 mins to new location. Poor directions given by associate. Then when arriving no one had a clue what to do. Sales assocaites were goofing off and didn't greet me. Then waited 2 plus hours for a simple oil change. Managent must have changed because this time last year I would have never felt this way. STAY AWAY FROM VOLVO IN PLANO. More

Great deal but even greater service! When you go car shopping, it is rare to meet someone who REALLY cares about you as a person and not just getting you into the car of your dreams. He will go out of the way to make you feel like you are not just a customer, but family. Not only is he personable, he is will to work for you and get you the best deals and options that suit you. Chris was also extremely helpful and made the whole car buying experience the best I've experienced yet. He worked with us to make sure we left feeling like we received the best service and deal out there...and we did! Buying a new XC60 We came to the dealership with just a short amount of time to look at a XC60 and get a few figures. We were immediately greeted by Yahya (cold water for us in hand) who was very nice. He helped us locate the car we wanted quickly, and then let us test drive it. He then worked with us to get the deal we wanted-and everyone was happy in no time! Then Matt stepped in in Finance and couldn't have made things easier. Honestly, finance at a car dealership is usually one of my most dreaded experiences, but Matt had us out of there in no time and was very professional and friendly-best financing experience I've had. So, in the time we thought we would have to just look at a car-we bought one-that's how easy they made it. Moreover, while all of this is happening our year and a half old son is running around making friends with nearly everyone who worked there. The GM even made sure he had something to eat and a toy to play with. Everyone was so nice, you could tell it was genuinely a family environment there-and that makes things so much less stressful. Thank you Yahya, Matt, and everyone else at Volvo of Dallas. By far best car buying experience of my life. More

I was really fortunate to be able to work with Yahya Asgharnia through the whole process. He was very welcoming, and he explained a lot of details about the car and its features. He definitely was very Customer-centric, and latched on quickly when I told him I work for Southwest Airlines. He shares the same passion for Customer service. I totally felt he was on my side trying to get the deal that suited my needs. He was also very reassuring and generous when he set up an overnight test-drive last week (which definitely helped). Very satisfied and ecstatic to be finally party of the Volvo family!!! More
