On a whim, he stopped by the volvo dealership, and spoke with Yahya, who showed him a car he thought was perfect. The next day my father and I went for a test drive, and I fell in love with the 2013 xc60. Yahya helped us negotiate the price, and it was clear to both my father and me that he was trying to help us get a great price on the car. Great from start to finish I actually bought two cars from Yahya this past year. I bought one in August and decided I wanted more bells and whistles so I went back in December, I actually bought two cars from Yahya this past year. I bought one in August and decided I wanted more bells and whistles so I went back in December, traded it in and bought another. While working on the second deal (a used car) Yahya went back and found out that my 'new to me' certified Volvo had free scheduled maintenance that I was going to be able to use. He did this without me even asking him to. He's done a great job for me on two separate occasions and I will definitely go back to him if...I mean WHEN I buy my next Volvo. Purchasing a new car ca I recently traded in my 2011 Volvo S40 and leased a 2015 S60. I had the pleasure of working with Dustin during this process. Purchasing a new car can be stressful; however, Dustin was not pushy and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the deal I was getting. He was polite, professional, personable and very knowledgeable about the car he was selling. I also appreciated him taking time after the sale to help me set up the new Volvo app. Every person I encountered at the dealership was nice, from the men that opened the doors for me, to Scott making sure I was happy, to the General Manager, Pedro, who sat down and chatted with me while waiting on finance. I have been going to the Volvo of Dallas Service Department since the purchase of my first Volvo four years ago, and I can say their sales team is just as great as their service team.
