First Volvo service appointment I was unsure where to take my XC70 because I bought it out of state. I read a lot of reviews that raved about Juan at Crest and was very glad I gave I was unsure where to take my XC70 because I bought it out of state. I read a lot of reviews that raved about Juan at Crest and was very glad I gave them a try. Juan took excellent care of me and the car. I had a lot of questions about things I wanted, and Juan got me all the answers I needed. Volvo covers a lot of maintenance for the first 3 years/10k, (and Crest offers a lot on top of that if you buy your car from them) and Juan explained the difference. The 1 thing I had to pay for was tire rotation & balance, but the price was no more than a discount center which I thought was great. The wait area was nice and comfortable with food and drinks available. They completed the service exactly on time! I felt everyone treated me like a valued customer even though I didn't get my car there. No one tried to upsell me anything which I appreciated. I will totally be a return customer. Thanks Juan for making my first visit to Crest so easy! More
