Very poor hospitality, Barry only showed us demo used car for whatever reason ( maybe he assumed that we cannot afford new car ). Extremely shady sales tactics trying to hide details of volvo incentives and invoice price. Worse came when we we were walking out of dealership, he stopped us when I was about to enter in my car in parking lot and asked us loudly from distance that how much would I be willing to pay??? I could not believe it, I will never go there again. More

Willing to help! I came to Volvo of Dallas in a final attempt to purchase a newer car. Alycia and Curt are THE BEST IN I just bought my third Volvo from Volvo of Dallas! I thought the last two experiences were the best until this one... Alycia and Curt are THE BEST IN METROPLEX. They took care of every detail, mostly over the phone or computer, which was terrific. Outstanding customer service The management/sales & service staff all provided me with outstanding customer service. I was purchasing a used Cadillac and in between the time when The management/sales & service staff all provided me with outstanding customer service. I was purchasing a used Cadillac and in between the time when I test drove the vehicle and signed all the paperwork the air conditioning stopped working. The dealership replaced the air compressor at their cost. In addition, since I was from out of town they put me up in a hotel until the next day when the car would be ready. Truly outstanding customer service. More
