Great experience at Crest Volvo! My wife and I had been looking at a LOT of different SUV's of various makes at different dealerships. We had our best experience at Crest Volvo compa My wife and I had been looking at a LOT of different SUV's of various makes at different dealerships. We had our best experience at Crest Volvo compared to all other dealerships we visited. While we decided to go in a different direction than a Volvo for our personal needs, I still felt compelled to write about my positive experience. Alycia Johnson was very friendly and knowledgeable about Volvo's different models and every feature and detail about each vehicle. My wife and I were not previously familiar with Volvo, but Alycia listened to our needs, and explained each model to us to help figure out which one would be the best fit for what we were looking for. Once we determined which vehicle we were interested in, she found one for us to test drive that had the specific features we wanted. I had experiences at other dealerships where I've explained what I am looking for, and they'll bring me a vehicle for $10k-$15k more with added features I did not want, just to try to upsell me. Alycia did not do that. Since we were new to Volvo and had not purchased a new car in a number of years, we had a lot of questions about the newer features that we were not familiar with. Alycia was able to answer every question (often very specific questions) which helped make us feel more comfortable. After we left the dealership, I had some follow up questions and Alycia got back to me right away with answers. She was very accessible though phone, email and text. And when I asked Alycia to put a lease plan together for me it was exactly how I had asked her to structure it and she got it to me right away. While I mentioned that we did wind up purchasing another make which fit our family needs at this time, I really wanted to buy a Volvo to be able to get it from Alycia and Crest. I would highly recommend checking out Crest Volvo and asking for Alycia Johnson. More

After driving a RX350, MDX and QX 60 & 70 I was a bit discouraged that I would not find the lux/sporty SUV in my price point. Alycia Johnson took the time to give me all of my options on the Volvo XC90. The car sold itself but Alycia was especially knowledgable, friendly and courteous. She was never pushy and never came across as insincere. She took the time to make sure I knew all the amenities and was overall happy with my decision. Even after the sale she has followed up with me to address any concerns and questions. She truly offers 5 star service and I would gladly recommend her and look forward to working with her again. Was able to work with Douglas on getting the exact model, color and with options wanted on a car that was already built and in transit rather than order. Douglas kept me posted on the delivery and was able to close on the car after we returned from vacation. Douglas was very easy to deal with during the sale process and wanted us to get exactly what we wanted. Would definitely refer anyone interested in a new Volvo to Douglas. More
