Good employees, awesome cars I've been to a few car dealerships, and it's usually a fight in both determining how true the things the car salesman is telling you and getting a up- I've been to a few car dealerships, and it's usually a fight in both determining how true the things the car salesman is telling you and getting a up-front, no BS experience when it comes to pricing. Was there a little excessive enthusiasm for automotive products that is found in car sales people everywhere? Sure, but it was at a minimum. I mean, it's a nice car, but it's still a car and not a universal cure for cancer here. They did not try to convince me it was as amazing as a universal cure for cancer like some other car dealers have, so definitely a good experience on that front. Was there a little haggling over pricing? The least amount and the least painful I've ever experienced. I compared the vehicle pricing to online sources and the dealership was within a few percentage points of the absolute lowest price you could be at and still stay in business. I mean, I'd rather there be no haggling and being up front about the margin you need to make to stay profitable, but short of that, it was a pretty darn good experience. Honestly, short of buying your car from a website and never interacting with another human being in the process, it was the best experience you can get. As you can tell, I'm a real people person :) More

The whole process from narrowing down options to match what we needed, to finding the right price for us to commit to, signing the required paperwork, and last, taking ownership of the vehicle was simple and pleasant. Barry helped us select the right vehicle from the lot and worked with John to figure out the price for us. We were done with these initial steps in less than 2 hours, compared to much longer times we had spent in the past at other dealerships. Jeremy was very professional and thorough walking us through the financial details and also patiently explaining to us the extended warranty options that we could choose from. Alycia, went an extra mile with us making sure that we would be aware of the various features that come with the vehicle that we purchased. Great person to talk to.We were never pressured into buying and we were given plenty of time to make up our own mind. We highly recommend working with this team of professionals at this dealership! Great experience turned to big disappointment I completed my lease almost 3 weeks' back and I was happy with people there. As the car is retired loaner car, it had some dings and dents and people I completed my lease almost 3 weeks' back and I was happy with people there. As the car is retired loaner car, it had some dings and dents and people promised me to schedule an appointment to repair these things. I also purchase the Zetec (or something I could not rememver the name) to protect the exterior and interior of the car and because of theat, I was said that it will be domne at the same time they repair all dings and dents. It is almost 3 weeks passed and I have no appointment scheduled. I talked to people twice but all I got are primise that it will be done soon. I am very disappointed now and I will not recommend this dealership to anyone else (I actually thought about that) More

My best experience buying a new car ever. My wife and I moved to Dallas in early July. We previously had lived in Boston for 29 years. Before leaving our Bostonian home, my wife decided to get rid of her old car, that was 13 years old, and buy a new one soon after arriving at Dallas. We consider ourselves to be experienced buyers as we have bought 9 cars in the last 35 years. Some of them were for me, others for my wife and one of them for our son. We both wanted to buy a car that comes with all the new features such as rear view camera and GPS navigation system. Besides, we needed a car easy to drive, secure and durable. We had decided between a VOLVO and another brand. The first moment that we stepped inside the VOLVO dealership we met Alycia Johnson, who made the whole buying experience very positive and relaxing. She paid attention to every detail and was like having somebody in our side and not needing to negotiate at all. Besides, this was the first time that my wife and I got the car that we wanted. We found the color and the model of our dreams. This is also the first time that salesperson and also all the business officers helped us and provided a better deal to us.
