I really liked Jeremy's approach and I never felt pressured by him throughout the process. After an overnight test drive, I left with a car that I'm thrilled about. I had a couple of minor concerns about the car, and Jeremy and Tommy were extremely helpful in setting me up with the service department to get them taken care of so that I would be completely happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and I will return here again myself when it's time for an upgrade. More

Brilliant! We arrived at 6:30pm in the hopes of purchasing a new car for our 16 year old daughter and one for me. Every detail of the vehicles were discussed... at length... after which we finally arrived at our choice... two Volvo C30R's. The biggest pain I have with a car dealership is "the haggle". This was none-existant at Volvo of Dallas. We'd agreed a price on my trade before it was even seen. As for the new vehicles, that must have taken all of 10 minutes to arrive at figures I was happy with. We finally left the dealership, with a 3yr-old dozing in the back of one of the two new vehicles. Excellent experience, excellent service, excellent value for money. If you're in the market for a new (or used) Volvo, I would highly recommend you reach out to either Chris or Mo. You won't regret it! More

I guess when you lie to so many people, you try to save face by making it sound like the customer is wrong. I just wish they would have fessed up to how they low balled me and lied to get me to come back and tried to get more money from me when I returned. I bidded on used Acura on Ebay and was the highest bidder but reserve was not met. Chris contacted me after car expired on Ebay and we agreed upon a fair price. I live in San Antonio and it is a 5 hour dri but reserve was not met. Chris contacted me after car expired on Ebay and we agreed upon a fair price. I live in San Antonio and it is a 5 hour drive to dealership so I asked a lot of questions about vehicle because I did not want to waste a 10 hour roundtrip to look at a vehicle that was not as advertised. Chris answered all my questions and stated the vehicle was in great condition. I put down a deposit on the vehicle and drove up to Dallas to test drive it the next day. Vehicle was exactly as advertised. A very nice vehicle and my son loves it. It only took about an hour to wrap everything up and we were headed back to San Antonio with a very nice vehicle at a great price. I would highly recommend working with Chris and the team at Volvo of Dallas. Very satisified customer. More
