I guess when you lie to so many people, you try to save face by making it sound like the customer is wrong. I just wish they would have fessed up to how they low balled me and lied to get me to come back and tried to get more money from me when I returned. I bidded on used Acura on Ebay and was the highest bidder but reserve was not met. Chris contacted me after car expired on Ebay and we agreed upon a fair price. I live in San Antonio and it is a 5 hour dri but reserve was not met. Chris contacted me after car expired on Ebay and we agreed upon a fair price. I live in San Antonio and it is a 5 hour drive to dealership so I asked a lot of questions about vehicle because I did not want to waste a 10 hour roundtrip to look at a vehicle that was not as advertised. Chris answered all my questions and stated the vehicle was in great condition. I put down a deposit on the vehicle and drove up to Dallas to test drive it the next day. Vehicle was exactly as advertised. A very nice vehicle and my son loves it. It only took about an hour to wrap everything up and we were headed back to San Antonio with a very nice vehicle at a great price. I would highly recommend working with Chris and the team at Volvo of Dallas. Very satisified customer. More
Went in looking for a used vehicle, originally looking at the Acura but test drove other cars as well, Chris and financing did everything they could to put me in a car. A much better experience then the one the Acura but test drove other cars as well, Chris and financing did everything they could to put me in a car. A much better experience then the one I had just a few weeks earlier at another local dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, they still owe me a car wash and a tank of gas because they even stayed late for me to finish my deal and pick up my car on a Friday evening but I don't mind having to drop in and see them again. PURCHASED 04 JAG ONLINE 03/03/10 FROM DEALERSHIP EBAY LISTING. PURCHASED THE JAG WITH THE BUY IT NOW OPTION WHILE ON THE PHONE WITH CHRIS, GAVE CHRIS PAYMENT INFORMATION, INFORMED HIM WE'D PICK UP THE VE LISTING. PURCHASED THE JAG WITH THE BUY IT NOW OPTION WHILE ON THE PHONE WITH CHRIS, GAVE CHRIS PAYMENT INFORMATION, INFORMED HIM WE'D PICK UP THE VEHICLE THIS WEEKEND. RECEIVED VOICEMAIL THIS MORNING INFORMING US THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN SOLD. WHAT?? SOLD?? YES SOLD, AFTER WE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE ON THEIR EBAY LISTING, TALKED TO THE SALESPERSON CHRIS PATE, AND PROVIDED METHOD OF PAYMENT. ACCORDING TO THE LISTING WE HAVE 24 HRS TO PAY DEPOSIT, AND WE PROVIDED THEM WITH OUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IMMEDIATLY AFTER PURCHASING ONLINE, 3 DAYS TO COMPLETE TRANSACTION. CONTACTED CHRIS PATE THIS MORNING WHO SAID THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN SOLD "LATE LAST NIGHT" (AFTER I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE AT 12:34PM PST THAT DAY), THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO. I INFORMED HIM HE TOLD MY HUSBAND THAT THE EBAY PURCHASE OVER RULES ALL DEALS THEREAFTER! WRONG!!! SO I CONTACTED THE SALES MANAGER CALLED "JOHN" WHO SAID SAME THING, VEHICLE SOLD, NOTHING I CAN DO, SO RECOMMUNICATED TO HIM THAT WE BOUGHT THE CAR WITH THE BUY IT NOW OPTION AT 12:34PM PST, HOURS BEFORE THEY SOLD IT TO THE PERSON AT THE LOT. HE SAID NOTHING HE COULD DO, VEHICLE WAS SOLD, THEN PROCEDED TO INFORM ME HE INFORMED CHRIS EITHER WHILE HE WAS ON THE PHONE WITH MY HUSBAND OR AFTER HE GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH MY HUSBAND, THAT THE VEHICLE WAS BEING TEST DRIVIN AND HE'D KNOW LATER THAT NIGHT IF THE CAR WOULD BE SOLD...AFTER WE HAD ALREADY BOUGHT THE CAR ONLINE, AND THEY KNEW IT WAS BOUGHT ONLINE, THEY WENT AHEAD AND SOLD AN ALREADY SOLD CAR TO SOMEONE ELSE BEFORE WE COULD PICK IT UP. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE!!! More
