Yahya found one on the lot and let us take it home for the night. We were able to come back and they matched my trade-in price from CarMax, beat my JPChase auto-loan rate, and worked with me some on the price. What an amazing experience! My husband and I started off at Land Rover of Frisco. After leaving here, very discouraged, feeling "brushed off", and not too mention hot in this Texas heat. My husband suggested trying out the Volvo dealership. Here, we were greeted by Yahya. He welcomed us in out the heat, brought us waters and discussed what exactly we were looking for. (Even went as far as to bring my 9 year old daughter a sweet treat so she was happy!) After deciding on the Volvo XC90, Yahya brought the cars to us to look at in the shade, and made sure they were nice and cold. He worked for us in finding exactly what we needed, and sticking within the set budget. I will never go anywhere else after the customer service we received here. We walked in and there was Yahya. He walked over to us, introduced himself and while I was shaking his hand I remember saying "this is going to be your lucky day". I made that comment after seeing the C70 introduced himself and while I was shaking his hand I remember saying "this is going to be your lucky day".
