I worked mostly with Douglas Aaron. He was prompt in communication, and I never felt as though he wasn't working for me, or in my corner. We did have one hiccup which was out of his control, but it all worked out in the end. I'm happy with my purchase, and with how everything was handled. Wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend to others. And for what it's worth, I chose Crest Volvo over 2 local Volvo dealerships. Crest is 200mi from where I live. It was worth it. More
