Poor Service Department-continuously Crest dealership service department continues to decline to a near bottom low over the past 5 years. And I have gone through two service representati Crest dealership service department continues to decline to a near bottom low over the past 5 years. And I have gone through two service representatives (they both no longer there). The past few service visits (as required by the extended warrantee to have the vehicles serviced at their facility) Crest has made many mistakes. They don't listen to their clients...some examples of mishaps, errors and unannounced changes.... The 27 "World Class Inspection" has now been downgraded to be called 27 Mulit-point inspection" The service charged $4.93 for an "Expendable & Enfironmental Disposal Fee". What? I had a tire rotation...nothing was "disposed of" at that service. State Inspections...charged, and then offered complimentary at no charge, and now charging again. Pick one Crest. On one incident, they increased the mileage to my vehicle on the paperwork over 20,000 miles after a day's service. Calling them on this serious error, they had to go a great lengths to get this mistake corrected. Another incident involved an allignment (of which they were mistakingly charging me -this was covered under the warrantee service agreement), and the stearing was off upon return of the vehicle and the vehicle had to be brought back in for another correction. Past few "oil change" services, it was noticed that they errored again and were stickering the vehicles to have an oil change at every 12 months. Both my vovlos require at 6 months. Calling them on this error, the service rep stated that "Oh, this does not happen that often". It happened twice on both my vehicles. (4 times to one customer is not often?. This can affect any warrantee agreement if not documented correctly. Battery replacement event: I had requested for Crest to retain the prior battery (as it was under warrantee with another retailer when having to have it previously replaced when it died while on a road trip). Crest discarded the previous battery...then had to go dumpster diving to retrive the battery. Fortunately it was found. This current event, they were trying to charge me for a simple oil change advising me that my warrantee had expired. It was extended at an expensive cost to September 2019. They continue to not get it right and know their customers.. Lastly...the facilities are dirty and shameful...and have been for some 4 years of them being there, and progressively getting worse. They keep saying they are "moving" to a new facility, but yet they are still there exposing the high paying clients to substandard surroundings. This is so disappointing. Only writing of these negative experiences...you decide if you choose to go there for service. More

First update : Fan is not working , need to be replaced..... New update: water pump is not working. No breakdown cost we’re given ie labor vs parts, cost total around $1500. Bill :Labor cost is US 1250 and the pump and other parts is $250. We were told that Labor is $160./hr. No satisfactory answer given by the Service Director of this place how this labor cost Reach that number. This will prevent us to have Volvo as our next car with this exorbitant service cost. More

Truly Exceptional I don’t typically take the time to write reviews for businesses, but Crest Volvo Cars has exceeded my expectations yet again. My wife and I have lease I don’t typically take the time to write reviews for businesses, but Crest Volvo Cars has exceeded my expectations yet again. My wife and I have leased 2 and purchased 3 Volvo cars over the past several years from Barry Pinlac. I was not satisfied with my 2017 S60 due to ongoing repair issues. Upon contacting Volvo Cars USA and Crest Volvo, they worked extremely hard to help me purchase a new 2018 XC60 and I couldn’t be happier. Since we now live in the Houston area, we submitted all of our documents ahead of our visit to Plano to ensure a smooth delivery experience, which it was. Barry Pinlac (salesperson), Jeremy Hernandez (financing), and Scott Traylor (Internet Director) were great to work with and had my new car ready and waiting in the delivery room when we arrived. When we met with Jeremy to finalize the financing paperwork, he worked quickly to get us on our way. I have worked with Jeremy 3 of the 5 times we have purchased/leased and he is extremely personable and great at what he does. If you are looking to purchase a new car, I highly encourage you to stop by Crest Volvo and meet with Barry. My wife and I will continue to be loyal customers of Crest Volvo. More

It still very important for buyers to do some research before going in to buy. This is my first Volvo and the combination of packages and features can be pretty confusing. It took me awhile to find a vehicle that had the combination of features I was looking for. That said I have been driving my XC60 T8 Inscription for a few weeks and really enjoy it. The fit and finish is excellent. The whole team at Crest worked to make me and my wife feel comfortable. We hope this is the beginning of a long relationship with Crest. More
